1. Can I subscribe for more than one-month at a time?

When signing up for your Gold account you can buy a monthly subscription ($15) or a quarterly subscription ($35), which is paid every three months. On a yearly basis the quarterly subscription option will save you $40, bringing the cost of membership down to $140/12 months.

2. What payment options are available for OpenScrapbook membership?

Payments are handled through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account to pay for membership via your PayPal balance, credit card or your bank account (eCheque).

3. I’m having problems accessing my member downloads. What should I do?

Please contact support and notify them of your issue. You’ll receive a solution within two business days.

4. Can I buy someone a gift subscription?

Sure. Contact us to organize this with a staff member.

5. Do I have to subscribe for more than one month?

No. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the PayPal control panel (See item #7 for instructions).

6. What do OpenScrapbook members get?

Access to exclusive tutorial resource files, access to our stock photo site OpenPhotobook and lots of special member resources. You also feel warm and fuzzy inside, and help us create more awesome tutorials and resources for you!

7. I’m short of money and need to unsubscribe for now. How can I do this?

You can cancel a subscription up to the day of the next scheduled payment.

We understand. Here’s how to do it:

• Log in to your PayPal account.
• Click History at the top of the page.
• Find the subscription in your History.
• Click the Details link for the subscription.
• Click the Cancel Subscription button.

8. How can I claim my 30 day 100% money-back guarantee?

Not satisfied with your OpenScrapbook Gold Membership? We’ll give you your money back, here’s what you need to do:

• Cancel Your Subscription
• Get your PayPal receipt number, your PayPal email address and the date of purchase;
• Contact us and include this information as well as your member name, full name and postal address
• Include one way we can improve our service 

And we’ll issue a 100% refund within 7 working days of receipt of your request.

Note that this guarantee only applies in the first month of your subscription. Once the first month passes we cannot refund your money any longer.

9. Why do you need to charge for membership?

Even at this early stage of existance, OpenScrapbook costs hundreds of dollars each month to run: more than could possibly be covered by advertising alone at this time. Gold membership programs allow us to do really cool things with the site. The Tutorials on our site simply wouldn’t be what they are without Gold Membership.

Don’t worry, though. Some of you don’t have PayPal, and some of you don’t have much to spare. We’ll keep producing  free content as we always have done.
