Terms of Use 

By purchasing this Limited Professional License, you are agreeing to a license to use these products for
PERSONAL or LIMITED PROFESSIONAL use and agree to these terms. 

This license extends to the single, individual Purchaser (the one who originally bought this product). This
license does not extend to companies, partnerships, LLC’s and/or corporations and may not be resold,
loaned, and/or gifted to another individual and/or party. 

YOU MAY: 

• You may use these products for your own personal use: photography, art, scrapbooking, etc…
• You may use these products to create backgrounds for your personal website and/or blog.
• Photographers may use these products in creating your portraits, greeting cards, albums, etc.
  for your clients.
• You may use these products to create derivative art or photography that you sell on Etsy,
  RedBubble, etc. as long as it is not being sold as a texture, overlay, or digital paper.
• You must create a flattened, finished image for your products that will be sold as art.

YOU MAY NOT: 

• You may NOT share, loan or redistribute/sell any of these files in any way.
• You may NOT use these files to create and sell textures, digital scrapbook papers, elements or kits.
• You may NOT use these items to create/design blogs or websites for others.
• You may NOT use these images and/or files to create brushes, shapes, and/or stamps for the
  purpose of re-sale.
• You may NOT use these products to create items for mass production or print (unless you are a
  photographer creating for clients-see above).

Due to the digital nature of these products offered, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! **We reserve the right to
refuse service to anyone who knowingly violates federal copyright laws.
